Lon Searle has been a Chief Financial Officer for 11 years of his 30 years in accounting, and has been with PMI since 2018. He was one of the founders of YESCO's franchising branch, introducing a new business model to the sign industry. He understands the importance of a healthy financial scorecard, and knows how to grow and maximize profits.
He leads our accounting team making sure our PMI franchise locations have the best systems and processes in place to offer a cost-efficient and transparent service to their owners while being compliant with all national and local regulations. He is also responsible for PMI corporate finances, ensuring we don't party too hard so there is money left to cover all the bills.
